Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor and execute them efficiently.
  • Update systems with freight details order processing and shipment information.
  • Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Verify shipments for accuracy and generate detailed reports on shipment results.
  • Manage daily orders and delegate tasks to warehouse temporary staff effectively.
  • Coordinate with team members and warehouse temporary staff to ensure seamless operations for customer accounts.
  • Report all shipped orders to customers on a daily basis.
  • Perform and complete daily housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean working environment.




Requirements

  • Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Selfmotivated and respectful demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers for inventory tracking storage records and label creation (MS Excel MS Outlook).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Understanding of inventory systems and processes.
