Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support/System Support Executive to assist customers with technical issues related to their computer systems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues like Windows blue screen errors login problems and other systemrelated concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a strong technical background and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and efficiency.

Requirements
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in customer support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with their computer systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows blue screen errors login difficulties and other systemrelated problems.
- Guide customers through problemsolving processes via phone email or chat.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions issues and solutions provided.
- Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems.
- Stay updated with the latest system updates and security protocols.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support or System Support Executive or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Patience and ability to work under pressure to handle technical issues effectively.
- A technical certification (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
