Your Role in This Journey:

• Sales & Wellness Leader: Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and ensure every guest leaves feeling inspired and cared for.
  
• Business & Brand Ambassador: Be the face of the brand in meetings ensure smooth operations and lead the store to new heights.
  
• People & Community Mentor: Lead by example nurture talent and build a team that shares your passion for wellness and premium retail.
  
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with leadership balance business needs with the brand s wellness values and execute key initiatives to ensure success.
