Position Overview: As the Clinical Nurse Manager you will oversee the provision of home nursing services ensuring exceptional care for our young patients. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility based on service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support nursing staff in the delivery of care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain highquality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.
- Adapt to changing service needs and challenges.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Children s Nurse or Registered General Nurse with at least five years experience in paediatric or complex care within the Irish Healthcare system and a minimum of 12 years in a management role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Selfmotivated and dynamic with a commitment to quality care.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with audit and quality improvement programs would be an advantage.
