Job Description
My client is looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller to join their team a leading player in the breweries industry. The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations ensure compliance with regulations and provide strategic insights to support our growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company s financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements including profit and loss balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and controls to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying trends and variances against budget.
- Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations financial reporting standards and industry regulations.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs and growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
