At Reflik you will focus on prospecting and closing new business opportunities while enhancing customer relationships and increasing our overall market share in the US. If you thrive in a hunter role this is the perfect fit for you as you will be expanding our One Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) and managing Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services for Enterprise and MidSize clients across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and midmarket companies
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers
  • Attend industry events for networking and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Must reside in the US
  • 7 years of experience selling Professional staffing services to MidMarket and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 35 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO MSP and VMS
  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community
  • Established relationships with key decisionmakers in Tech Finance Engineering etc.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Ability to travel for industry conferences 23 times per year

Are youTechsavvy proficiency using tools such as Zoom Dynamics CRM MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook) 8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
