Be part of our client s team as a Data Analyst where you ll analyze and interpret complex data develop efficient data systems and create insightful reports. Youll collaborate with teams to optimize business decisions identify trends and drive improvements all while contributing to innovative solutions in the home improvement industry.
Shift: Shifting (9:00 PM 6:00 AM Monday Friday)
Work Setup: Onsite Pampanga
What Youll Be Crunching DaytoDay
- Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports extracted files and performance indicators to locate and correct code issues.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Create reports for internal teams external clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data and visualize it using graphs infographics and other methods.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Structure large data sets to find usable information and process data with a team of analysts.
- Craft presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as necessary for the role.
Requirements

- 15 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Expertise in data models database design and data mining.
- Experience with SQL XML Javascript or ETL frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools (such as Business Objects) and databases.
- Familiarity with statistical software like Excel SPSS or SAS.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
