Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Data Processing: Design implement and optimize database infrastructure to handle millions of financial transactions efficiently.
- AI and Data Integration: Leverage AI technologies to automate and streamline datarelated tasks and improve overall processing speed.
- Database Management: Ensure the reliability scalability and performance of our database systems primarily using MySQL.
- Development in C#: Collaborate with development teams using C# to integrate backend database solutions with application logic.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions to optimize database performance and data processing.
- Infrastructure Design: Architect and design database infrastructure to support rapid business growth and ensure data integrity security and accessibility.
- Agile Working: Operate within an Agile environment contributing to regular sprints and delivering on key milestones.
- Collaborative Autonomy: Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver toptier database solutions.
Tech Stack:
- Primary Database: MySQL
- Development Language: C#
- Database Infrastructure Design
- AIbased solutions for data optimization
- Agile methodology
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Developer Database Architect or similar role.
- Strong expertise with MySQL and C# programming.
- Experience with designing and implementing database infrastructure ideally in a hightransaction or fintech environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex problems.
- Familiarity with AI or data science technologies used for optimizing databases and data processing.
- Knowledge of Agile working environments and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (French or Dutch would be a plus).

Client facing experience; ideally from a consulting background Experience in one or more LMS or HR technology solutions for example SAP HCM/Successfactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Taleo Learn etc.; excellent communications; Masters Degree; Fluent French or Dutch AND English.
