Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of subscription management processes using Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies and a strong understanding of subscriptionbased business models. In this role you will design and implement subscription management systems streamline processes and ensure seamless integration with other ERP solutions to support recurring revenue models and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Implementation:

    • Lead the endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management modules including system design configuration testing deployment and ongoing optimization.
    • Customize Oracle Cloud solutions to fit the unique subscription management needs of the business and ensure alignment with best practices.
    • Provide technical expertise in resolving systemrelated issues and continuously improving system performance.
  2. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

    • Design and optimize subscription management processes to enhance operational efficiency improve accuracy and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
    • Identify opportunities for automation within the subscription and billing lifecycle to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process changes align with overall business goals.
  3. Project Management & Delivery:

    • Oversee project timelines resource allocation and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
    • Manage all stages of the project lifecycle from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and postimplementation support.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards by closely tracking progress and mitigating risks.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration & CrossFunctional Integration:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance IT sales and customer service to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management systems with other ERP systems.
    • Ensure alignment of subscription management solutions with business needs and objectives with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless coordination.
  5. SubscriptionBased Business Model Expertise:

    • Leverage deep knowledge of subscriptionbased business models to support the recurring revenue strategy of the organization.
    • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate billing revenue recognition and compliance with financial policies.
    • Align system configuration with subscription management KPIs such as customer retention churn reduction and revenue growth.
  6. Testing Troubleshooting & Ongoing Support:

    • Lead system testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that configurations and customizations meet business needs.
    • Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot issues as they arise ensuring that the subscription management system functions seamlessly.
    • Continuously monitor system performance and implement updates or enhancements as needed to ensure the system s reliability and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Subscription Management or similar roles with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud: Indepth experience with Oracle Cloud Subscription Management modules including system setup configuration and optimization.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience leading complex projects with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and technical problemsolving abilities with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
  • SubscriptionBased Model Knowledge: A solid understanding of subscriptionbased business models and their associated financial processes including recurring billing revenue recognition and customer retention.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills with experience in managing and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups (technical business and external clients).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Certification: An official certification in Oracle Cloud Subscription Management is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership role within a subscriptionbased business environment is preferred.
  • ERP Integration Experience: Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud Subscription Management with broader ERP systems (e.g. Oracle EBS Fusion ERP) is an added advantage.
