About the Company:
This logistics provider offers comprehensive solutions in sea and air freight ground transport warehousing and cargo consolidation. With an extensive network and partnerships across various sectors the company ensures efficient dependable delivery to meet diverse client needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma related to Logistics /Supply Chain Management will be beneficial.
- Proven experience in 12 in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Coordination with Overseas agents and customers and get the bookings and handle all the Customer service functions related to a particular shipment.
- Coordination with Shipping Lines and airlines for bookings.
- Coordination with clients to get the shipping documents.
- Maintain Daily Status Reports and update the clients.
- Costing/Billing Preparations of shipments.
- Maintain management reports.
- Update shipment tracking systems and provide clients with realtime updates on the status of their cargo.
