Job Description
We are looking to hire an Engineer AC Service Breakdown & Maintenance for a client company in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Overall 05 years of experience including more than 3 years of experience in Air Conditioner service maintenance & breakdown.
- Sound Knowledge and experience in handling Services and breakdowns in splittype Air Conditioners.
- Communication and people management skills.
- Time management skills ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Should be able to work with ERP and Corporate systems.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Fluency in Tamil is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of AC units to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
