Epic Lead PM

Requirement/Responsibilities

• Lead the endtoend project management of epics from conception to delivery ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Scrum Masters and crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize epics based on customer needs market trends and technical feasibility.
• Act as a champion of Agile practices promoting continuous improvement transparency and adaptability within the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate epic grooming sessions and planning meetings ensuring stakeholders are engaged and expectations are wellmanaged.
• Maintain a clear roadmap of epics dependencies and milestones providing visibility into progress and potential roadblocks.
• Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering highquality outcomes.
• Financial savvy (track the actuals for the spend forecasting deviations versus actuals dig into the numbers and be comfortable with explaining it as needed. Excellent excel skills.

Required Skills : Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field. (Master s degree preferred) Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar role within Agile environments with a proven track record of ontime and under budget delivery. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira Confluence etc.).
