About the role:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our global presence in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building successful marketing strategies and leading teams to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

What youll do:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to increase the overall performance and market share across several markets
- Manage and expand a multibrand presence
- If needed revise the existing marketing mix and implement changes together with the team. Good knowledge of major acquisition channels: performance marketing PPC ASO PWA SEO/SEM social partnerships and other digital channels
- Implementing strategies to increase player retention and increase their LTV including through personalized marketing campaigns and loyalty program
- Using data to optimize marketing campaigns improve ROI and analyze customer behaviour
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate funds strategically to maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure consistency of all marketing activities with the overall goals of the company
- Development and monitoring of KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Interaction with other departments to coordinate joint projects and initiatives
What we expect from you:
- A minimum of 5 years in the senior marketing role in the iGaming industry
- Deep knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Understanding of the role of crypto and blockchain in iGaming is a significant advantage
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
- Experience in managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing costs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
