Job Description
Our Acquisition & Retention departmentis growing and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey in theMarketing & CRM Development team!

Your daily tasks will be
- Developing delivering and maintaining highly performant responsive and wellstructured software
- Monitoring the performance of your deliverables by tracking Lighthouse score loading speed time to the first byte cumulative layout shift etc
- Writing automated tests
- Deploying to production and taking care of monitoring
- Designing services to be highly available and scaling across multiple geographical regions
- Working closely with crossfunctional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to your team members
- Work alongside other Engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices to meet our companys technical needs
- Continuously improving your stack and paying off technical debt
What we expect from you
- 3 years of handson working experience in Elixir or Erlang;
- Handson experience with any of the following programming languages: Haskel TypeScript;
- Good knowledge and experience of any of the following React.js Node.js Next.js Phoenix LiveView;
- Standard knowledge of HTML5/CSS3;
- Experience with PostgresSQL Docker and RabbitMQ
- Experience with at least one of the following: Redis SQL Elasticsearch Protobuf GraphQL;
- Good understanding of testing;
- Experience with microservices eventdriven architectures and dataheavy applications;
- Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards and code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations;
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
- Willingness to learn new technologies;
- Excellent level of written and verbal English.
