Our consulting client in Durbanville Cape Town is looking for Bookkeeper with 34 years plus experience. Experience with Foreign currencies an added advantage. Diploma/Certificate also an added advantage.

Min Requirements
Matric
Financial Certificate or qualification an added bonus but experience counts
34 years’ experience in accounts accounting recons debtors creditors and bookkeeping – general ledger working on pastel partner.
Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel Partner).
Financial Administration experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Previous experience in bookkeeping accounting or a related field is advantageous.

Job Requirements
Experience in general bookkeeping accounting or a related field is advantageous
Loading of invoices of foreign suppliers and payments
Assist with Payments and recons
Assist with debtors and creditors recons
Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
Typing accurately preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
General ledger postings and statements
Reconciliations
