Job Description
Location: Stellenbosch
Position: Bookkeeper
A wine farm in Stellenbosch is seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper to join their team the Bookkeeper will report to the Financial Manager. If you have a pion for numbers and a commitment to accuracy wed love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage all aspects of creditors and debtors.
Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance.
Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
ist with monthend and yearend closing processes.
We need to see:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper ideally 3 years experience
Completed Finance / Accounting qualification
Proficiency in Xero DEXT Vinsight and advanced Excel ss
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ss.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
