Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Preparation of purchase requisition in SAP.
2. Preparation of purchase order in SAP.
3. Follow up with vendor for earliest delivery of items for project purchase
4. Coordination with internal department for smooth delivery of project items.
5. Support to project team/supply chain team for logistic arrangements by visiting warehouse and verification of items at the warehouse.
6. Verification of Vehicle arrangement for transportation purpose and visit to respective vendors for follow up for project purchase and direct dispatch to the customer site.
7. Verification of Invoice booking in the system for received material in warehouse and follow up with account for payment.
8. First and second level negotiation for project items and managing smooth delivery to warehouse.
Basic Qualifications:
1. The candidate needs to have B. Com/B.E or equivalent degree and having experience in project purchase.
2. Experience of at least 45 years in project purchase and advantage to candidate from water treatment company.
3. Must have experience in working on SAP SD & MM Module.
4. Must have strong communication skills.
5. Good Knowledge of GST.
