Gathers deep insights into competitors ranges and pricing
Defines regional SKU portfolio for a PA including pricing and is accountable for portfolio complexity
Ensures successful gotomarket of new products together with other regional marketing & sales functions
Actively contributes to sustainable business success in a region
Identifies product demands for the respective trades in a region
Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development process and supports the team in the gotomarket phase
Implements a segments pricelogic and suggests reference pricing based on target setting and competitive environment
Systematically monitors the regional business situation (market shares competitor activities etc.)
Applies methodological excellence when generating user & market insights
Supports regional S&OP topics such as: Qualification of the business planning through substantiated demand validation (midterm planning rampup innovations rampdown) stock management
Setup and adaptation of regional product training material
Qualifications :
Engineer MBA with 6 years experience in the field of trade business and marketing.
