Job Description

Industry: Luxury Travel Destination Weddings Marketplace SaaS About the Role

As the Product Manager Travel & Listings Platforms you will lead the development automation and growth of Wedded Wonderland s travel booking and listing platforms. This role is central to our B2B2C marketplace focusing on AIdriven productisation revenue activation and seamless user experience to drive vendor success and customer engagement.

You will own the roadmap strategy and execution ensuring fast feature development automation and AIdriven optimisations that enhance discovery booking and engagement for wedding planners venues hotels and travel vendors across global destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Wedded Wonderland s travel listing and marketplace platforms.

  • Prioritise AIdriven automation to streamline listing creation content generation and booking flows.

  • Ensure seamless integration of travel and accommodation offerings with our existing ecosystem.

  • Implement AIpowered insights to optimise vendor performance pricing models and revenue growth.

AIPowered Automation & Feature Development

  • Leverage AI and automation to develop enhance and deploy product features faster.

  • Build AIdriven selfserve tools for vendors enabling automatic listing optimisation price recommendations and dynamic content generation.

  • Utilise machine learning models to improve search recommendation engines and personalisation for vendors and customers.

  • Automate workflow processes onboarding experiences and customer support functions to improve efficiency.

Platform Optimisation & Growth

  • Drive productled growth strategies improving the discoverability and value of listings.

  • Enhance conversions booking flows and revenue activation through AIdriven testing and iteration.

  • Develop and refine monetisation strategies dynamic pricing models and upsell opportunities.

  • Partner with marketing sales and partnerships teams to drive vendor signups and engagement.

Vendor & Customer Experience

  • Improve the B2B and B2C user journey ensuring seamless onboarding and interactions.

  • Work with vendors (venues hotels travel partners) to optimise their listing performance and AIenhanced analytics.

  • Develop automated reporting dashboards insights and selfserve analytics tools for vendors.

What We re Looking For

  • Experience in Travel Marketplace or B2B2C SaaS products

  • Strong understanding of AIpowered automation listing platforms and revenue activation strategies

  • Proven track record of optimising products for engagement monetisation and conversion

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with handson execution

  • Experience working in highgrowth fastpaced environments with rapid feature development

Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
