Call Center Representative (Billing)
This role in the insurance industry begins with two weeks of onsite training before transitioning to a hybrid model. You ll provide excellent customer service address billing inquiries and work with brokers and underwriters to resolve issues. The position involves a rotating schedule within Contact Center hours. Shift assignments are based on tenure and business needs.

All training will be provided onsite lasting approximately two weeks.
Rotating work schedule Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to customers and brokers supporting billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing matters in collaboration with brokers and underwriters.
Triage and direct insurance or claims inquiries to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers through telephony and email describing available programs and services.
Identify and interpret customer needs responding appropriately and professionally.
Gather relevant information systematically to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Take ownership of customer relations through commitment to service and followup.
What you will need to succeed:
12 years of contact center experience is highly desired.
Customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
Ability to handle a minimum of 70 calls per day with top performers managing up to 100 calls daily.
Strong telephone and email communication skills with professional etiquette.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Quick adaptability to changing surroundings and processes.
Proficiency in word processing Excel and various Windowsbased applications.
Reliability in attendance and punctuality is crucial.
Flexibility regarding working hours and shift assignments is required.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is an asset for supporting clients in both languages.
