Key Responsibilities:

• Windows Server and Desktop Support:
  
• Provide L1 and L2 support for Windows servers and desktops ensuring uptime and reliability.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems applications and hardware components.
  
• Active Directory Management:
  
• Manage user accounts permissions and security groups in Active Directory.
  
• Assist in implementing and maintaining group policies.
  
• Monitoring and Management Tools:
  
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Center Suite and ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus to ensure system health and compliance.
  
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  
• Audit and Compliance:
  
• Support compliance efforts related to ISO 27001 including documentation.
  
• Assist in implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations processes and troubleshooting steps.
  
• Generate reports on system performance incidents and compliance status.
  
• User Support:
  
• Provide technical support to endusers resolving issues via phone email or remote assistance.
  
• Conduct training sessions for users on best practices and new technologies.
  
• Variable shift work from office.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Experience:
  
• 23 years of experience in Windows support including server and desktop environments.
  
• Proven experience with Active Directory monitoring tools and cloud platforms (AWS).
  
• Technical Skills:
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and desktop environments.
  
• Proficient in using Microsoft System Center Suite and ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus.
  
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment models.
  
• Understanding of ISO 27001 standards and best practices for information security.

MS SQL installation and clustering
