About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage various administrative tasks support executive operations and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Manage the executive s inbox prioritize emails and assist in drafting and replying to correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule organize and manage meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and ensuring followup on action items.
- Daily Schedule Management: Oversee and manage the executive s daily schedule ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Report Review: Review incoming reports and summarize key points for the executive.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics as required providing concise and relevant information to assist in decisionmaking.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans including booking flights accommodations and transportation.
- Report and Presentation Production: Prepare and produce highquality reports and presentations.
- Customer Reporting: Prepare monthly customer reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans.
- Typing and Documentation: Type documents at a speed of at least 80 words per minute ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including filing document management and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role; experience in the Australian IT/MSP industry is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom Teams etc.).
- Ability to type at least 80 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Setup and Location: Officebased/Remote (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 8:30 17:30 (AU Time) 5:30 2:30 (PH Time)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and marketing concepts. Experience with ticket management systems is a plus.
