Job Description
- Overall 8 years of Strong testing experience in Salesforce CRM standard/custom objects custom fields page layouts workflow validation rules and sharing rules.
- Good knowledge of data loader to insert/update or import/export bulk data from salesforce objects.
- Good exposure on salesforce configuration System integration and data migration testing.
- Experienced with API testing with Salesforce.
- Analyze develop and execute efficient and effective Test Cases/Test Scripts/Test Data for the new state specific requirements and enhancements
- Automation framework design and implementation according to application or project needs
- Design development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) and BDD Frameworks
- Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java Cucumber and Rest Assured for Web and API test automation
- Ability to participate the defect triage meetings with all the stake holders and supporting onshore/offshore team with testing issues and defect resolution
- Participate in the Release Gateway meeting Code Design reviews and production check outs
- Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
- Perform Peer review for automated tests that are been developed by team members etc.
- Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis Correction and Preventions
- Test Management Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools
- Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach test effort estimation progress and status reporting
- Providing continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dashboarding
- Define project requirements and deliverables based on scope
- Plan coverage projects from initiation through closing states
- Create test coverage documentation test execution plans and metrics reports
