Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review video advertisements within the streaming platform.
  • Remove inappropriate content that violates platform policies or is harmful.
  • Ensure ads are suitable for their target audience (e.g. removing ads for soda targeting viewers under 12 years old as per local legislation).
  • Maintain adherence to project guidelines and local regulations.

Schedule:

  • Shift Timings:
    • 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
    • 02:00 PM 11:00 PM
    • 11:00 PM 08:00 AM
  • Rotating Shifts: The shifts rotate monthly ensuring 24/7 coverage.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • No previous experience required (up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus).
  • Ability to work fixed shifts Monday to Friday.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Hiring Details:

  • Contract Type:

    • 2month training agreement followed by a 1year fixedterm contract (FTC) with a 30day probation period.
  • Salary: Competitive salary benefits.
