To support our ambitious growth plans we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic andrapidly growing B2Borganization. In this role you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle contribute to our growth by opening accounts inthe UKand benefiting from an attractive commission structure.

What will you be doing

  • Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients to build your pipeline.
  • Business Development: Initiating contact with prospects through calls LinkedIn and email.
  • Consultative Sales: Conducting indepth needs assessments to identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Building and nurturing longterm relationships with new clients.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve shared goals.

What are we looking for

  • Proven track record of working towards/in the UK market in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (native level)
  • A proven track record in B2B sales or a strong sales background in a B2C environment
  • A selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Experience in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
