Are you passionate about jewelry and ready to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes Our client a renowned name in the diamond jewelry industry with a strong global presence is looking for a dedicated individual to join their new back office operations team in the Netherlands!
About the Role:
This is an incredible chance to step into a back office role within a fastgrowing company. You’ll be based just 5 minutes from Schiphol Airport contributing to a supportive and innovative environment. As the third member of the operations team in the Netherlands you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.
- Enhance departmental efficiency through teamwork and innovation.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Resolve product issues by liaising with our workshop team.
- Conduct regular stock takes and verify customer orders.
- Dispatch orders promptly and handle customer inquiries with tact and efficiency.
Qualifications Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of jewelry especially diamonds.
- Experience in shipping domestic and international parcels.
- Customer service or workshoprelated background.
- Proficiency in computer software (Excel Word Outlook and Gmail).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A positive attitude sense of humor and commitment to excellence.
- Organized ambitious and skilled at following company guidelines.
- Conversational Dutch fluency in English is required.
