Position: Inside Sales Representative (Communication Solutions)
Location: Tilburg Netherlands
Overview: Our client is looking to strengthen their team in Tilburg with a dedicated and technicallyminded Inside Sales Representative in the field of telecommunication solutions. In this role you will be responsible for supporting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium playing a key role in market expansion and enhancing the company’s brand presence. You will work in an international environment and contribute directly to achieving sales targets. Join our client's team and help shape the future of telecommunication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support & Consultation: Provide excellent support and advice to customers with a focus on building strong longterm relationships through serviceoriented communication.
• New Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out new customers identify potential business opportunities and develop new projects to expand the customer base.
• Order Management & Fulfillment: Handle order processing in the ERP system including order entries order confirmations generation of delivery notes invoices and export documents.
• Project Support & Management: Oversee salesrelated projects ensuring timely and efficient execution and provide necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing Customer Inquiries & Deliveries: Handle customer queries and monitor the status of deliveries to ensure ontime availability.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to contribute to strategic sales planning and decisionmaking.
• Reporting & Quality Assurance: Monitor key sales figures generate reports and support quality management processes to maintain high standards.
Your Profile:
• Education & Expertise: Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification with a strong understanding of the market and industry.
• Language Skills: Business fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with ERP systems with a general understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Work Style & Personality: Customerfocused qualitydriven with a targetoriented mindset. Responsible with entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills teamoriented with intercultural competence confident and approachable demeanor.
