Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between business and IT by analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. You will play a key role in ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders including business users subject matter experts and project managers.
• Document business requirements clearly and concisely using various documentation techniques (e.g. use cases user stories process flows).
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop technical specifications and design documents.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Support the development and testing of IT solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 510 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• IT background and understanding of software development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification: CBAP or CCBA
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
