Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Dutch English)

Job Type: Fulltime Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
- 5 days per week with rotational shifts
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Dutch speaker with fluency in English to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely if your application is submitted by 12.10.2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch and English
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to products services orders and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer account information and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and clear communication
Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English proficiency
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a homeoffice environment
