The Job
- Upload resumes into the ATS (Manatal) and organize them properly.
- Help keep the candidate database clean by fixing minor data inconsistencies such as missing information or incorrect entries.
- Assist in keeping recruitment data accurate and complete by regularly updating candidate details and managing duplicates profiles.
- Innovate and look at how we can improve and optimize the ATS
- To become the ATS expert learn its functionalities and recommend improvements on work flow.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fresh graduate with a degree in any businessrelated field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes.
- Very organized and can manage simple tasks exceptionally well.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools especially ATS (experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus).
- Basic computer skills and typing ability.
- Able to work in a hybrid work arrangement in Kalaw Manila.
