Job Description: Salesforce Admin / IT Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin / IT Specialist to support our team with the implementation and ongoing management of Litify a platform built on Salesforce. As we transition from Clio to Litify this role will focus on collaborating closely with our team and Litify experts to ensure seamless deployment and integration. Additionally the position involves providing technical support across various platforms including Nextiva HeyMarket Adobe Windows Outlook Microsoft Teams WordPress and Divi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Litify's team to implement and customize our Litify platform with Litify leading the initial setup.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Litify as our team transitions from Clio to ensure a smooth and efficient integration.
- Act as the first line of defense for IT issues across various platforms including Nextiva HeyMarket Adobe Windows Outlook Microsoft Teams WordPress and Divi.
- Assist in maintaining optimizing and troubleshooting systems to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
- Offer prompt effective solutions for all technical issues raised by team members worldwide.
Requirements:
- Salesforce experience with proven customization expertise (required).
- Familiarity with Litify (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of WordPress and Divi.
- Strong technical skills across platforms: Nextiva HeyMarket Adobe Windows Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and technical setup suitable for remote work.
- Availability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
