Pay Range : $1000 $1400/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the strategic design and architecture of our Salesforce platform while driving forward its implementation and optimization. This role is ideal for a professional with both a highlevel strategic vision for CRM architecture and the handson expertise to bring that vision to life. The Salesforce Administrator report directly to our Head of Revenue and will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define and implement Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency scalability and insights within our Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Design & Strategy: Define and lead the strategic vision for our Salesforce CRM ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports our scaling needs. Work closely with senior leadership to drive a roadmap that incorporates best practices in Salesforce architecture and system design.
- Architecture & System Planning: Develop and maintain a Salesforce architecture that is robust secure and capable of handling complex requirements. Make highlevel decisions on system integration data management and automation approaches.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Design solutions to streamline workflows across Sales Marketing and Customer Success functions.
- Crossfunctional Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams facilitating a close partnership with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Operations to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- System Implementation & Oversight: Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions integrations and enhancements ensuring smooth rollouts and adherence to the CRM roadmap.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay uptodate with Salesforce capabilities and B2B SaaS trends proactively identifying areas for enhancement and system upgrades to maintain an efficient futureproof CRM ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related experience to the role
Appropriate Salesforce Certifications for the role/extensive experience in Salesforce - Strategic Vision & Technical Expertise: Proven ability to create and execute a Salesforce roadmap that aligns with business objectives combined with technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture automation and integration.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of CRM strategy within B2B SaaS with experience designing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of sales marketing and customer success teams.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly build consensus and influence decisionmaking across multiple teams.
