    You will be responsible for corporate engineering (internal IT infrastructure/security) for all Infcurion group companies. This is a crucial position to advance corporate activities while collaborating with each group company. Due to the companys rapid growth and the fastpaced changes in the IT market we are recruiting members to expand and strengthen the scope of the corporate engineering team.

    As a Fintech company you will play a role in accelerating the digital transformation (DX) of all group companies. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing SaaS information security measures infrastructure planning/improvement/management user support and a wide range of tasks. Particularly you will take the lead in the infrastructure (server/network) and security areas. Specifically you will be involved in multiple themes from the planning phase such as formulating and implementing a Zero Trust concept (introducing SASE SEIM/SOAR improving authentication infrastructure (AD/AAD)) designing new branch networks and cost reforms.

    We are looking for individuals who want to deepen their knowledge of new technologies in a growing company can communicate with internal members with hospitality and resonate with words like Modern IT DX and similar concepts. We look forward to welcoming those who share these sentiments.

Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in planning implementing and operating internal systems.
    • Experience in supporting and managing a helpdesk for internal systems.
    • Experience in building and operating internal infrastructure and networks.
    • Basic knowledge and experience in information security as well as incident response.
    • Fundamental business skills including task design document creation and communication.
    • Ability to lead teams regardless of department.
    • Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse team members from different backgrounds.
    • Interest in the cashless society and Fintech.
    • Alignment with the vision and mission of the company (presumably Incubation).

Conditions / Benefits

  • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Kojimachi Station (Exit 2)
  • Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR Yotsuya Station

Annual Salary:JPY *based on experience ability and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
  • The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
  • Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
