Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Ortigas site in the role of Collections Associate.
As a Collections Associate your main role is to meet collection goals while following BSP and other regulations. Youll work on collecting overdue payments via calls letters and SMS handle client requests like reversals and updating information and negotiate payment arrangements. Youll also monitor your productivity and follow team strategies for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts through callouts collection letters and SMS;
- Assess and initiate financial and nonfinancial client requests which include but not limited to reversals payment transfers and updating of cardholder information with customer turnaround time;
- Negotiate for special customer payment arrangement schemes for customers.
- Monitor own productivity attainments and implement action plans discussed with the team head.
- All other tasks that may arise in the performance of the abovementioned.
What were looking for
- Bachelors/College Degree holder
- Selfmotivated and detail and result oriented
- Good analytical negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Collections related work experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
- Can start ASAP or after 30 days.
