Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Developer
Location: California (Onsite)
Max Rate: $70/hr
Job Type: C2C
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Developer to oversee the design development and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud services. This role involves leading a team of developers and engineers collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring that integration projects are delivered on time within budget and meet the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design development and implementation of integration solutions utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Manage a team of developers and engineers ensuring timely project completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop and implement integration patterns best practices and scalable secure and reliable solutions.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee quality before deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals and operational procedures.
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends tools and technologies related to integration solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 6 years of software development experience focusing on integration solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services and associated technologies such as REST SOAP and XML.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team interactions.
- Experience in cloudbased integration.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
As an Oracle Integration Cloud Lead Developer you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions leveraging your technical and leadership skills to meet project objectives effectively.
