Job Description

Tasks
- Develop 3D Printable Silicone Resin Formulations:Innovate and optimize formulations tailored for our target industries.
- Plan Execute and Evaluate Experiments:Lead experiments including materials characterization to ensure highquality results.
- Innovate Experimental Methods: Develop and refine new experimental methods and analytical techniques.
- Establish Quality Measures:Support the implementation of robust quality control measures.
- Collaborate on Custom Projects:Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver custom solutions.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep uptodate with the latest advancements and trends in the industry.
- Ensure Workflow Safety:Conduct thorough safety assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in Scaling Up:Aid in the upscaling process of materials compounding for production.
- Supervise and Train: Oversee and mentor technical personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
- Support Production and Sales: Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Educational Background:Polymer chemistry formulation development materials science or a related field.
- Experience: M.Sc. with 2 years or Ph.D. with relevant experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading projects organizing labs and maintaining records.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in relevant characterization techniques.
- Innovative Mindset:Strong problemsolving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
