Job Description
In this exciting and responsible leadership role you will make an important contribution to the successful development of our complex system landscape. The details are as follows:
Leading and developing the team to ensure outstanding performance and an inspiring environment
Ensuring strong execution in the realization of transformation projects
Ensuring efficient collaboration with stakeholders
Creating optimal conditions and prerequisites for the successful implementation of transformation projects
Supporting department leadership among other tasks in the strategic development of the operating model for the entire organization
Developing strategic supplier management and maintaining partner networks
Solidifying and optimizing the system landscape with the help of IT target architecture
Promoting and introducing innovative technologies in the IT environment to optimally support business challenges
Resource and budget planning for reporting purposes
Requirements
From time to time it requires an innovative resultsoriented and communicative personality with a strong handson mentality. You bring the following qualifications:
Completed university degree in computer science or equivalent (FH or university); experience in the energy sector is an advantage
Team player with a passion for solution development high performance drive and a strong focus on personal growth
More leadership experience with strong communication skills
Extensive experience in IT projects/programs
Additional professional experience in the design documentation and development of ICT architectures in large companies ideally with critical infrastructure operators
Practical experience with hybrid architectures and Security by Design approaches
Fluent in both German and English spoken and written (French is a plus)
A higher degree in Business Informatics and/or a degree from a university of applied sciences Extensive experience in ICT Service Management ITIL certification is an advantage Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, senior executives, and technical experts Strong team skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations Excellent German and advanced English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage.
