Our client is one of the leading companies in the vibrant iGaming industry and they are now looking for a Senior Casino CRM Coordinator to join their team!
Tasks
- Work closely together with the Head of CRM to ensure campaign plans are
thought through and reviewed before briefing can start. - Handle content requests via Jira tickets; From campaign plan to Jira board.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging timing and other
campaign elements. - Support operational execution as needed ensuring seamless
implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns across various channels. - Create basic campaign reports and monitor results to actively help optimize
and improve campaigns based on findings. - Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about Sportsbook industry trends
competitor activities and regulatory changes to keep our CRM strategies
competitive and compliant. - Train and assist new members of the team to ensure they understand our
workflows and tasks. - Being a point of contact and/or support for the team if and when required.
Assist with QA processes where needed. - General upkeep in Atlassian in keeping confluence pages updated with
relevant procedures and information.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging customer experiences.
- Strong knowledge of player segmentation and values.
- Able to work proactively in all areas also to ensure issues and problems are resolved quickly.
- Fully understanding the aspect of briefing promotions and following up with stakeholders when needed.
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in engagement analytics and communication channel optimization.
