Job Description
Tasks
- Communicate effectively with Albanianspeaking customers via phone email and chat to address inquiries and provide support.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues by utilizing problemsolving skills and collaborating with relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about company products services and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share insights to enhance overall customer support quality.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written Albanian.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customerfocused
