This endeavour led to the establishment of our Singapore office and signified the start of our electrical and instrumentation installation business.
Implement and monitor safety measures onsite in compliance with Singapores Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Facilitate safety training for staff and contractors.
Investigate accidents incidents and nearmisses to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
Coordinate and maintain safety documentation reports and certifications.
Work closely with the project team to ensure safety standards are integrated into daily operations.
Report safety violations or concerns to management and propose corrective actions.
Age: 25 to 30 years old
Experience: 34 years in site safety management or related roles
Education: Diploma and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent certificationKnowledge:Indepth understanding of Singapores Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and relevant safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
