About the role
We are looking for a growth professional who can
Initiate and establish relationships with CSR decision makers via email phone WhatsApp LinkedIn reach outs
do secondary research and identify relevant funders build intelligence on their priorities and strategies using public information
work with multiple nonprofits and internal teams to build high quality funding proposals
build pitch decks fundraising collateral (concept notes solution outlines etc.)
own fundraising targets
handle day to day fundraising ops deal database deal pipeline collateral repository etc.
You will be successful if you come with
7yearsofoverall experience with at least 3 years in a fundraising / growth /sales / B2B relationships and partnerships role
a genuine interest to be in the social impact sector (prior exposure to CSR / social impact /NGOs is relevant but not necessary)
a growth mindsetwilling to hustle selfmotivated high confidence and risk appetite
top tier communication skills can make high quality pitches and can deliver them well
great listening skills
strong academic and professional credentials. MBA preferred but not essential
prior experience in consulting would be great but not essential
