Job Description
- Strong knowledge of Service & Repair Orders
- Experience with Service Contracts and Service to Cash processes
- Proficiency in Asset Warranty & Warranty Claims
- Expertise in Loaners/Rental Assets processing
- Familiarity with Installed Base functionality
- Solid understanding of PM Technical Objects and Maintenance Processing
- Crossfunctional experience with SD PS FI and PP modules
- Integration experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM/Field Service apps
Remote with Travel during initial phase to Washington DC
