Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the area. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to drive results.
Team Leadership: Lead motivate and manage a team of sales representatives. Provide guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets its goals.
Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area. Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree (Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field degree is preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Business Manager with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.Derma Exposure is needed.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and regulatory environment.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
