Job Title: ERP Support Manager.
Level: MidLevel Management.
Providing full time ERP support End to End in the group of companies.
Role Description:The incumbent will be based in SangoOta and is expected to be the ERP SUPPORT MANAGER
for EBIZFRAME software. Will have a matrix reporting relationship and drive the said
implementation process in Ghana. He will be the bridge between the EBIZFRAME vendors support team deployed by vendor and the Business Heads / Process owners in the group.
Principal Accountability:
This position will have the overall accountability to:
Lead support of ebizframe across all functional areas
work plan monitoring
Change Management
Ensure ebizframe support goals are accomplished according to specifications and
business objectives
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and proper coordination
with all departments
Work with functional and technical teams / client stakeholders to confirm the
requirements
Manage and close all issues related to project delivery and scope/timeline
Manage to monitor partner s time and expenses as per the agreed budget
Enabling process excellence journey
Integration
Performance testing
Data collection
Weekly status report to reporting Heads on the support
Reporting: Will have a reporting structure administratively and functionally to Group Head Industries and
whenever applicable to Group CFO too.
Requirements
Qualifications: Degree in any stream of Engineering / Science. Preferably MCA / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (IT / Computers) .
Experience: Must have about 58 years of experience in ERP software EBIZFRAME 10 developed by Eastern
Software Systems (ESS) India of which at least 3 years as an independent Project Implementation Manager.
He should have handled ESSEBIZFRAME implementation responsibility end to end for any
multilocational FMCG company and well versed with full business process with functional and
systems knowledge. He should have full cycle implementation experience of all functions /
modules in a manufacturing set up like Finance MM HR Manufacturing Sales and Distribution
etc.
African exposure/knowledge/ Experience especially in FMCG sector is essential whereas
Nigerian experience will be an added advantage.
