3. Summary of the opportunity
Client Overview: Our client is a leading technology company operating in the industry industry.
Role Summary: As an IT Program Manager you will play a vital role in overseeing the application of project management methodology throughout all phases of the project cycle. Your responsibilities will include project design scope management cost control quality and performance reporting.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Develop and manage project budget plans timelines and scope
Procure project staff develop motivate coach and advise team members
Define business requirements in collaboration with functional project teams
Lead teams of developers to deliver highquality software solutions
Define test plans and ensure defectfree products before User Acceptance Testing
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing develop rollout plans and procedures
Prepare and present costbenefit analyses
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized
Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field
Proven project management experience
PMP or PMI certification
People management and teambuilding skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage competing priorities
Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
MBA or other related advanced degree
24 years of experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a largescale multiplatform systems environment
