Job Description
A Senior Collision Repair Manager is needed at a busy Collision Center in Victoria British Columbia to lead their modern facilities with stateoftheart equipment & tools while being in charge of automotive estimating contributing towards supportive and collaborative teamwork. The individuals who are passionate about the industry must be committed to excellent client service and bring a proven ability to work with estimates.
- $70000 $100000/year based on experience

Day shift; Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Flexibility to accommodate overtime and infrequent travel within the province.
Assist the shop manager and provide administrative support
Prepare estimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and/or Audatex
Provide customer service manage clients inquiries and resolve complaints
Ensure quality control and perform followups as necessary
Manage ordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers and vendors
Manage staff schedules maintain employee attendance records
Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
Monitor cash and cheque transactions
Prepare reports and provide statistical information
Current Class 5 Driver s License and a Clean Abstract
Automotive repair experience Valid Driver s License Installation experience Reads blueprints, instructions and schematics Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Browser, etc.) Ample Tool Collection
