Job Description

Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in our Employee Outsourcing Firm you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with expertise in project management strategy development job evaluation succession planning HR technology and analytics labour laws and organizational structure. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure both employee and client satisfaction while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:

Partner with senior management to drive HR strategies that align with overall business goals.

Lead initiatives on workforce planning organizational structure and talent management to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency.

Act as a trusted advisor providing expert HR guidance on employee relations succession planning and job evaluation.

  1. Project Management:

Lead and manage HR projects across multiple departments ensuring timely delivery resource allocation and alignment with project goals.

Coordinate crossfunctional teams to implement strategic HR projects including HR tech rollouts employee development programs and process improvements.

  1. Job Evaluation & Succession Planning:

Develop and implement job evaluation frameworks and succession planning models for clients ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of job roles to determine fair compensation job levelling and skills development opportunities.

  1. HR Technology & Analytics:

Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.

Leverage HR analytics to provide datadriven insights on employee performance engagement and retention making informed decisions to improve client and internal outcomes.

  1. Labour Laws & Compliance:

Ensure all HR practices comply with local labour laws regulations and industry best practices.

Provide expert advice on employment legislation reducing legal risks and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.

  1. Organizational Structure & Change Management:

Lead initiatives to design and optimize client organizational structures to maximize efficiency and adaptability.

Guide and support change management processes ensuring smooth transitions during organizational change or restructuring periods.

  1. Client & Employee Satisfaction:

Collaborate with client leadership to understand their needs and challenges offering HR solutions that enhance overall satisfaction and business outcomes.

Foster a positive employee experience within the firm by implementing engagement initiatives career development opportunities and robust employee relations programs.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • 3 years of HR experience in a strategic HR role or HRBP position.
  • Proven expertise in project management succession planning job evaluation and HR tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR analytics and data interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Indepth knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience in organizational design and change management.
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA K or CFA certification 10 years of proven experience working as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a busy Manufacturing Environment. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including financial reporting standards GAAP/IFRS, and tax laws. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic insights. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, WMS, and advanced spreadsheet applications. Knowledge and appreciation of internal controls, finance, or risk management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with relevant stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information
