Duties & Responsibilities:
A crucial role in managing the brands identity and driving marketing initiatives to boost visibility customer engagement and overall business growth.
Strategic Brand Direction
- Annual Planning: Develop strategic goals for the brand annual plans and marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy. Monitor execution and progress to achieve our goals efficiently.
Brand Values
- Sustainability Advocacy: Implement strategies to increase awareness of our goal to reduce global food waste. Engage customers and internal partners to support our efforts actively.
Enhance Brand Awareness & Sales
- Creative Marketing Campaigns: Design innovative marketing initiatives that boost sales and strengthen brand loyalty by promoting our vision or adherence to food quality.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key partners to tap into their customer base and expand our reach.
- Sponsorship Management: Evaluate sponsorship requests and allocate budgets effectively to maximize brand visibility and attract new customers
- Targeted Events: Identify and participate in events that resonate with our target audience to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to our locations.
- Effective Signage and Promotions: Create engaging signage and promotional materials at our outlets to enhance customer engagement and firsttime trials of our restaurant.
- Menu Launch Initiatives: Lead the introduction of new and seasonal menus with focused marketing campaigns to generate excitement and awareness.
- Outlet Launch Campaigns: Promote new outlet openings ensuring community awareness and interest.
- Media Engagement: Build relationships with media and KOLs to secure features and enhance brand visibility.
- Digital Strategy Development: Create a robust digital marketing strategy including content for social media platforms (Facebook Instagram) website SEO.
- Delivery Sales Growth: Increase brand presence on delivery platforms through targeted promotions and strategic marketing efforts.
- Local Store Marketing Support: Assist outlets in developing localized marketing proposals.
- Merchandise and Voucher Sales: Curate an appealing merchandise selection and promote sales of merchandise and vouchers to enhance customer loyalty.
Customer Insight
- Mystery Shopper Programs: Design and implement mystery shopper surveys to gather insights on customer experiences and identify opportunities for enhancing brand performance.
- Online Reputation Management: Monitor our online presence across platforms like Google My Business and other review sites ensuring we maintain a positive brand image and respond promptly to customer feedback.
Customer Database & Loyalty
- Customer Database Expansion: Grow our customer database and enhance visit frequency.
Other Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and prepare monthly reports on marketing and sales performance.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Must have more than 5 years working experiences as a Brand Marketing Manager preferably in the F&B industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing including social media SEO and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
