ABOUT THE ROLE

The Commercial Director will drive business growth through strategic leadership and multichannel management. This role is crucial in guiding teams across various sales channels to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce dynamics strong leadership capabilities and the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions. Reporting directly to the CEO the Commercial Director will influence the companys trajectory and play a key role in its future success.

HIGHLIGHTS

Skills: Advanced proficiency in digital marketing and multichannel sales strategies; expertise in managing complex ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee Lazada TikTok).

Competencies: Strategic vision leadership and crossfunctional team management.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer behavior in beauty or related industries datadriven decisionmaking and familiarity with global and regional market trends.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.

  • Optimize multichannel sales performance by leveraging data and insights.

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders to foster new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Lead the expansion of privatelabel and global brands across online platforms achieving measurable KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across multiple platforms balancing immediate objectives with longterm growth.

  • Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of sales channels ensuring effective alignment and performance.

  • Oversee brand management initiatives to maintain consistent messaging and drive the growth of privatelabel and global brands.

  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to craft impactful campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.

  • Use data analytics to refine strategies and enhance overall sales performance.

  • Identify new growth opportunities such as partnerships or new product lines to further expand market presence.

REQUIREMENTS

MustHave:

  • Minimum of 78 years of experience in a senior leadership role ideally within ecommerce marketplace sales or digital marketing.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple sales channels effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills with a history of making datadriven strategic decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities with experience in stakeholder management.

  • Prior experience in beauty fashion or consumer goods industries.

  • Familiarity with managing marketplace sales on Shopee Lazada and TikTok platforms.
