Job Description
Position: General Director in Real Estate Commercial
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Were seeking an experienced General Director to lead a top real estate trading floor in Vietnam. In this role youll shape the companys future direction overseeing business strategy P&L team management and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete P&L management of the company.
- Formulate and execute growth strategies to meet ambitious objectives.
- Drive initiatives in sales marketing and customer experience.
- Lead and nurture a highperforming team within the real estate trading floor.
- Manage negotiations and finalize complex real estate transactions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients investors and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 35 years in senior positions at leading real estate developers or trading floors in the Vietnamese market.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and achieving results in the real estate industry.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Vietnam real estate landscape.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
